All areas are considered, however the general area is within a 30 mile radius of the main office, this is not to say that other areas would not be considered.

From maisonettes to mansions, large or small, rural or city based, our only criteria is that they are well maintained and in a clean, tidy and safe condition.  We are as particular in our choice of property and landlords as we are with tenants.

Because of our excellent track record of few claims we can offer you insurance, including rental guarantees, at very competitive rates.    We also take great care to ensure compliance with gas, electricity and furniture safety regulations.

PERSONAL SERVICE

We believe it to be very important to maintain a personal quality with our service, for both landlords and tenants.  We understand that there is an attachment to properties when let whether it is for investment long term or if there is the intention to return to the property after an amount of time.  This is why we have strict vetting of tenants and aim to have the property maintained in the condition it was left.  This care and attention is for all properties we manage

PRICING POLICY

We keep this as simple as possible.  With the exception an optional inventory fee, standard management service is totally inclusive.  What we quote is what we charge.  You will also find our fees and charges to be very competitive.

CLIENT BASE

Our database allows us to log and store a large amount of contacts, whether it be for potential tenants waiting for suitable properties or for contractors.  We have a trusted team of independent contractors that will cater for yours and your property needs, including registered companies for gas and electrical companies for gas and electrical work.
